Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related field
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an Australian company is required
  • Demonstrated experience using Xero accounting software.

What will you do?

  • Supplier Invoice Processing: Accurately process all supplier invoices in Xero, ensuring correct coding and categorisation.
  • Supplier Reconciliation: Maintain a detailed register of major suppliers and regularly perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Verification and Approval: Cross-check that the entity name on invoice matches the project entity and confirm that approvals have been obtained from the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Invoice Approvals Follow-up: Conduct weekly follow-ups with key project and sales staff to ensure timely approval of invoices.
  • Supplier Statement Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with suppliers for any outstanding summary statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform Xero bank reconciliations for specific projects, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Weekly Payment Summaries: Prepare and distribute weekly payment summaries for all ongoing projects, ensuring timely payments.
  • Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Complete weekly accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring all payments and outstanding invoices are accounted for.
  • Ownership of Accounts Payable Email: Take full responsibility for managing the accounts payable email inbox, ensuring prompt and professional responses to
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller or Supervisor, supporting the overall efficiency of the accounts payable function.
