We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our HR department. This role is pivotal in managing various HR functions, ensuring seamless recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and the overall enhancement of our HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency with HRIS systems (specifically Paycor), and a passion for supporting our team’s success.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
Manage and track the status of job postings across multiple platforms.
Filter applicants based on basic criteria to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial communications with candidates via email or phone using Paycor.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, including in-person meetings.
Send calendar invites to hiring managers through MS Outlook and Paycor.
Facilitate background checks using Checkr.
Transfer selected candidates from Paycor Recruiting to Paycor Main.
Onboarding and Offboarding
Assign and manage new employee checklists.
Send Paycor Main invites and Grand Welcome email s to new hires.
Ensure new employees have access to all required company sites (Guesty, Lock Management, Breezeway, Hubspot, Aircall).
Coordinate the distribution and setup of company equipment (computers, tablets).
Manage offboarding processes, including termination email s and equipment return.
Delete access to all company sites upon offboarding.
Employee Relations
Foster positive employee relations and address employee concerns.
Ensure smooth transitions during onboarding and offboarding processes.
Compensation and Benefits
Track employee pay schedules and manage payroll by coordinating with managers.
Send out benefits guides to new employees and manage Paycor integration for benefits selection within the first 60 days.
Maintain and update benefits trackers for new elections and terminated employees.
Provide access and information regarding the 401(k) plan.
Compliance and Legal
Stay updated on legislative changes affecting compensation, benefits, and employment practices.
Ensure all employment practices comply with current laws and regulations.
Performance Management
Ensure managers utilize Paycor Performance for conducting employee performance reviews.
Collect and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) within Paycor Performance.
Schedule bi-annual performance reviews via Paycor.
Training and Development
Collect lists and create training programs for all legally required trainings.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
HRIS Management
Manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (Paycor) for various HR functions.
Train employees on using Paycor Time for time tracking via the phone app.
Strategy and Projects
Participate in HR strategy development and execute HR projects that align with company goals.
Create and maintain a talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
