Social Media Manager & Marketer

Are you passionate about growing online communities and building brand presence on social media? We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Marketer to join our team and drive our social media growth!

In this role, you will:

• Engage daily with our followers across the Instagram platforms to build relationships and increase engagement.
• Proactively reach out to potential followers through direct messages, comments, and other organic growth strategies to expand our audience.
• Develop and execute strategies to promote our government contracting coaching course, boosting brand awareness and attracting new clients.
• Create and schedule regular content, including posts, stories, and interactive features to drive engagement and educate our audience about government contracting.
• Track and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize growth.
•. A BONUS would also be someone who can edit short-form content and reels.


Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media interactions and monitor messages, comments, and tags.
• Identify and engage with potential followers who would benefit from our coaching course.
• Develop creative, on-brand content to showcase our lifestyle and expertise in government contracting and the value of our coaching services.
• Use analytics tools to track key metrics, adjust tactics, and report on progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media growth achievements.
• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, Twitter , etc.) and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect authentically with a diverse audience.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to building an online community.
• Knowledge of government contracting is a plus but not required.
