We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

THE ROLE
In this role, you will work directly with two marketing teams (2 recently merged agencies) to execute tasks across a broad range of digital marketing and SEO channels for a diverse roster of clients. Both teams work on digital marketing for the same company and often have overlapping workflows. They share many of the same platforms and tools. Your time will be split between the two entities roughly 50/50. You will be immersed in the core principles of SEO, search, social media, reporting, analytics, and digital strategy. Your contributions will play a significant role in the success of the agency and clients, with opportunity for growth and development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
*Digital Marketing and SEO Execution: Implement tasks across digital marketing and SEO channels, such as paid search, social media (especially Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and technical SEO, ensuring adherence to search optimization principles.
*Client-Focused Strategy: Build a strong understanding of the agency clients’ business needs, goals, and success metrics. Advise clients on expectations, costs, and processes for both digital marketing and SEO initiatives.
*Collaborative Campaign Management: Partner with the team to execute key marketing and SEO initiatives, including preparing keyword research, presenting recommendations, and maintaining campaign metrics.
*Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and present the effectiveness of digital and SEO strategies using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
*Digital and SEO Knowledge: Intermediate understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, HubSpot Website Grader, Screaming Frog) and ideally digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and keyword research tools. Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data synthesis and manipulation.
*WordPress and Ecommerce Familiarity: Experience with WP and ecomm platforms like Woocommerce.
*Communication and Time Management: Strong verbal and written skills with excellent time management abilities. Capable of working on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
