We are looking for a passionate and skilled graphic designer to create impactful visuals to drive engagement and conversion across our brands (yes, multiple!) and drives more connection with our target consumers. You will play a key role in enhancing our presence online (web, social, loyalty app), and in-store (all physical touchpoints you encounter upon entering our stores) by strategizing and producing attention-grabbing content. Responsibilities include:
- Create visual communications for multi-brands to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner which includes marketing materials, websites and other media
- Ideate campaigns to drive engagement and sales across various brands (please look into SaladStop, Heybo, Wooshi, GoodFoodPeople, Fresh Kitchen), short term supporting social media content ideation and execution as well
- Work on specific timelines to ensure deliverables are presented on time and on budget within strategy
- Consistently provide strategic recommendations for creative executions, always solutions oriented
- Consult with the marketing manager, copywriter and operations teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our brand goals across all channels (in store, online, with brand partners and vendors)
- Review all proofs for accuracy for final production and make sure final prints reflect company specifications
- Work closely with other graphic designer(s) to drive incremental creativity between brands (both designers will own their own brands, supporting each other on certain deliverables based on bandwidth)
- Share creative briefs with interns if and when this support is present - Ensure their work is on brand
- Stay on top of industry trends (specifically in f and b), and consistently contribute new, innovative ways to produce work that meets and exceeds expectations (from testing out new platforms, to offering suggestions for process optimization
- Be a team player but also have the ability to step into a leadership role and drive a project from start to finish – You can indeed do both here at SaladStop! Group
- Candidates with photography and videography experience preferred
Requirements:
- University graduate with 3-5 years experience in design and marketing (ideally in the food and beverage / CPG industry)
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- Continuous learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current
- Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent
- Creative and artistic mindset – Passionate foodie is a plus
- Comfortable handling a demanding workload and a high level of responsibilities
