The Junior HR Business Partner will collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support, fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with business goals.
- Employee Relations: Support employee inquiries and engagement initiatives.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and ensure compliance.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee data.
- HR Projects: Participate in projects to enhance HR processes and employee satisfaction.
- Communication Skills – Clear and effective interaction with employees and management
- Employee Relations – Ability to foster a positive, productive work environment
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Skilled in attracting and integrating new hires
- HR Compliance – Knowledge of labor laws and company policies
- Analytical Skills – Use of HR data to inform decisions
- Business Acumen – Align HR strategies with business goals
- Adaptability – Thrive in a fast-paced BPO environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field
- 3+ years in HR, preferably in a BPO setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Open to working in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
