Role Summary

The Junior HR Business Partner will collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support, fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Support employee inquiries and engagement initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs.
  • Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and ensure compliance.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee data.
  • HR Projects: Participate in projects to enhance HR processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Open to working in Pasay City and on a shifting schedule
