  • Your Day-to-Day:

    • Manage customer interactions via calls, chats, emails, and texts (primarily in the US, UK, and Australia).
    • Maintain detailed records of all customer engagements and transactions.
    • Participate in team meetings for progress updates and feedback.

  • What You’ll Need:

    • Great written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingual preferred)
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.

    • Work US Day Shifts with flexible hours
