  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The job will require various duties including provide support to the sales and operations team in placing purchase orders, create customer quotes, responding to related inquiries, maintaining accurate purchase order files, interacting with existing customers as well as prospecting activities for new customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Global Inside Sales position at Sycomp. The Global Inside Sales representative will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring purchase orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a global scale.

Essential Functions

  • Monitors purchase orders for conformance to company/accounting/logistic processes.
  • Maintains accurate and current sales records relating to purchase orders.
  • Assists in investigation of discrepancies between Purchasing, Receiving, and Account Payable systems as directed.
  • Assists with tasks and projects as assigned by sales operations management.
  • Responds quickly to requests from customers.
  • Assist sales team with customer requests.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Qualification

  • Detailed oriented is a must
  • English fluency ( verbal and written ) are a must
  • Has background in working from an IT distributor, reseller or vendor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors
