  • Craft and manage compelling email campaigns targeting stores and media contacts
  • Lead targeted outreach efforts to media outlets, boosting our company’s visibility and industry presence
  • Maintain and optimize contact databases for stores and media, ensuring up-to-date and actionable information
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach efforts and success rates, driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate remotely with our core team to develop and refine outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for building rapport
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling tools and email management systems
  • Experience with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing and public relations principles
