What You’ll Do:

Shape and Execute Our Sales Strategy:

You’ll provide valuable insights to help shape our e-commerce strategy and lead its execution across both digital and non-digital channels—ensuring that we hit revenue targets and stay ahead of the game.

Manage Digital & Non-Digital Sales Channels:

From digital ads and SEO to B2B and field sales, you’ll oversee and align all sales channels to create a seamless experience for customers and drive results.

Lead a High-Performing Team:

You’ll lead, inspire, and manage our e-commerce sales team, collaborating with experts in digital marketing, B2B, and field sales to execute strategies that drive growth.

Optimize the E-commerce Platform:

You’ll work closely with our Web Development and UX teams to ensure the e-commerce platform is optimized for user experience, SEO, and sales conversions, keeping it efficient and impactful.

Keep Us Ahead of the Curve:

You’ll stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new sales strategies. If you’ve got experience with generative AI—amazing! We’d love to leverage that to push our digital efforts even further.

What We’re Looking For:

A Strategic Sales Leader:

You’ve got a track record of managing both digital and non-digital sales (B2B and field sales) and achieving revenue goals. You know how to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and adjust strategies to improve performance.

A Tech-Savvy Innovator:

You’re comfortable with e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, SEO, and content marketing, and you’re always looking for ways to improve processes and stay ahead in a fast-changing digital landscape.

A People Person:

You’re a strong communicator and team player, able to work across departments and with external partners to align on goals and drive success.

Skills You Bring to the Table:

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, SEO, and analytics
