Job Overview:

The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth together with Filinvest Alabang Inc. This position requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in the Philippines, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

1.) Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

2.) Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities and markets for business expansion.

3.) Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4.) Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales efforts.

5.) Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics.
  • Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:
