Responsibilities

Develops and manages employee engagement activities to create a conducive and harmonious work environment. Manages grievances and disciplinary concerns within the company to create a respectful workplace experience. Ensures that the group are compliant with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred)
  • Training / Knowledge / Certification: Project Management Training and Knowledgeable on Labor Laws
  • With 4-5 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Rewards programs (2 years with medium to large size organization with multiple work locations)
  • Has a background in a F&B industry is a must.
  • Must be willing to travel for store business operations
  • Energetic, lively, humble and approachable personality
  • Host material
  • Resourceful, creative (Canva) and social media savvy
  • Physically open to traveling from one store to another

Must be willing to attend a face-to-face final interview.
