  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program monitoring: Track program performance through reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues as needed
  • Hiring status: Monitor the hiring progress for priority roles by collaborating with HRBPs and hiring managers to facilitate timely recruitment
  • Vendor management: Oversee vendor performance and compliance with contract terms, address any performance issues or concerns promptly
  • Governance reporting: Prepare governance presentations and status updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on program progress
  • Digital analytics: Assessment of Dynatrace and other analytics tools to build, design and report dashboards for usage and response times
  • Strategic initiatives: Research and analysis of market studies and customer sentiment to form program strategy (i.e., customer sentiment, ..)
  • Forecasting & planning: Development of forecasting of application usage to ensure capacity planning

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in technology/strategy related roles, with proven delivery ability.
  • Location: Must be based in Metro Manila and able to work 100% onsite
