Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our cutting-edge health assessment service. Working remotely, you’ll manage patient communications, coordinate appointments, and assist with creating detailed health reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative expertise with healthcare, supporting a service that’s transforming how people understand and manage their vascular and metabolic health. Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Facilitate clear communication between patients and medical staff
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive health assessment reports
  • Coordinate medical tests and follow-ups for patients
  • Handle sensitive patient information with utmost confidentiality
  • Support the lead doctor with various administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the practice
  • Format and execute sending promotional flyers and cards out (Canva)
  • General admin ad hoc duties as required by the client

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical administration or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools like Skype
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology (preferred)
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection
  • Entry level experience with Canva
