Are you passionate about client success and team collaboration? We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager with a strong background in client-facing roles, hospital billing, or physician billing revenue cycle management. This hybrid position is ideal for a motivated and strategic professional who thrives in a client-centric, fast-paced environment. You’ll be a vital part of our Client Services department, optimizing business processes and delivering outstanding service across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical and service aspects of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables to clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external customers.
  • Lead client teleconferences, visits, and audits, providing timely updates and reports.
  • Drive business process improvements, suggest optimized management methods, and enhance client engagement.
  • Oversee financial forecasting and reporting, ensuring client projects meet contractual volumes.
  • Work with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to address issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance client experience, business growth, and profitability.
  • Manage operations on multiple platforms, including encoders and electronic health records, across various health systems and sites.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
    • Proven business acumen with strategic thinking and execution abilities.
    • Experience leading global teams and managing multiple client platforms (preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Certifications such as AHIMA, HFMA, or Six Sigma are a plus.
    • Strong leadership, time management, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on efficiently resolving client needs.
    • Healthcare experience is required, specifically in client-facing roles within hospital billing or physician billing revenue cycle management.
