Sales Development and Management
Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue
targets and expand dealership networks.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of the motorcycle and
automotive market to identify new opportunities and industry
trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to target key market
segments and ensure a strong market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with
dealership partners and key customers.
Budget and Cost Management
Develop and manage operational budgets in line with
organizational financial goals.
Implement cost-control measures to ensure expenses remain
within budget.
Conduct regular financial analyses of operational costs and
identify areas for improvement.
Supply Chain and Logistics Management
Oversee supply chain operations, including procurement,
inventory management, and logistics.
Marketing Analysis
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry
trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Develop and implement market strategies based on research
insights to increase product sales and market penetration.
Operations Management
Oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring
professionalism, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
Continuously assess and improve operational processes to
enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics,
finance) to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Customer Experience Management
Develop strategies to enhance customer experience
throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously
improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Risk Management and Compliance
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational
risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and
regulations.
Address any operational discrepancies promptly, taking
corrective action when needed.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales and operations
activities, and provide timely performance reports to
management.
Participate in daily check-ins and weekly departmental reviews
to align with overall business objectives.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations
Management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and
the motorcycle/automotive industry in the Philippines.
