Chevron is accepting online applications for the HR Customer Support Representative - Night shift (Direct Hire Contractor) position .

Note: This is for a 1-year employment contract.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact of employees at HR Shared Services for HR inquiries and transactions; including inquiries related to HR core and enabling technologies; Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Handles and manages all HRSS service catalog inquiries and transactions received through various channels; telephone, chat, portal, email, fax or postal mail.
  • Promotes the use of HR self-service tools to educate employees and managers on how to use the tools efficiently.
  • Leverages ServiceNow to manage, monitor and close cases.
  • Reviews dashboards to ensure adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Identifies more complex inquiries and ensures resolution or escalation as needed.
  • Identifies and reports trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in any field preferably Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling/dealing with HR related concerns and inquiries preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling HR-related concerns and inquiries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Amenable to night and shifting schedules and willing to work on Philippine holidays.
  • Elevated level of customer service orientation and keenness on details.
  • Clear communications skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to solve problems logically and critically.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to a rapidly changing business requirements, its environment, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and work in a multi-cultural, fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office applications.
