Job Description:
- Prepare invoices to plan sponsors using supporting schedules
- Review fee correspondence to identify fee changes and updates
- Review fee agreements and amendments to interpret fees charged to plan members and plan sponsors
- Extract data from recording keeping system and billing systems to validate fees to the fee agreement and amendments
- Complete an independent review of fees charged between record keeping system and billing system to the fee agreement and correspondence
- Report results and findings for management review
Preferred skills:
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to problem solve within the mandate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with contractual agreements would be an asset
- Experience working in the financial services industry would be an asset
Qualifications
- College/University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related courses
- 3-5 years of experience in related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Should have good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
2 open positions and candidates should be open to working on a night shift schedule (9pm to 6am)
