Key Responsibilities:

Primary Point of Contact for Creative Requests:

  • Assess incoming creative requests for completeness and clarity.
  • Ensure alignment with project requirements and marketing objectives.

Collaboration with Offshore Design Team:

  • Work closely with offshore team members to manage resources and task allocation.
  • Coordinate with the Axos Creative Project Manager and/or Marketing Operations Project Specialist to ensure tasks align with project timelines and priorities.

Task and Project Scheduling:

  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to maintain project flow.

Risk Management and Proactive Problem-Solving:

  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to mitigate issues proactively.

Progress Tracking:

  • Utilize Workfront to track project and task progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders to ensure transparency.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3-4+ years in a project management role, with at least some experience leading teams.
  • Experience working with teams in the US or collaborating across regions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Workfront (project management software).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for task management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with other systems (potentially for troubleshooting) would be beneficial.

Communication and Problem-Solving:

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a creative and resource management context.
