Position: Compliance Officer

Location: Makati, City

Work Set-up: Permanent Hybrid Set-up

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Management: Review and implement compliance policies.

Risk Assessment: Conduct compliance testing, risk assessments, and monitor exposure to risks.

Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas), AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council), and ensure adherence to data privacy reporting requirements.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Compliance Culture: Lead training and awareness programs.

Issue Resolution: Address non-compliance issues and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or legal role, preferably within the finance or fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and reporting requirements, including BSP, AMLC, and Data Privacy laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Effective communication skills for training, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Leadership experience or supervisory skills are a plus.
