Our first product, Job Search AI, is a significant step toward this vision. By optimizing the job search process with real-time data, we’re creating a platform that matches candidates and opportunities at the perfect moment. As part of our team, you’ll work directly on this product, exploring and implementing innovative data-gathering tools and integrations with diverse data sources, including social platforms and third-party services. Your work will help shape the future of AI-driven data applications, laying the groundwork for a new era of AI intelligence.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Develop and maintain features using TypeScript and Python.
- Manage databases with PostgreSQL and design scalable event-driven microservices using Node.js, Amazon SQS, and ECS.
- Integrate third-party platforms to enhance our candidate data or use innovative data-gathering techniques.
- Implement AI-driven agents to autonomously gather and process data from diverse, publicly available sources.
- Architect distributed systems that collect and process real-time candidate information.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservices using Node.js.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure, especially ECS and S3.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team with at least 4 hours of working hours overlap with San Francisco.
- Adaptable, responsive, and ready to work in a dynamic startup, with flexibility beyond a typical 9-5.

Nice to Have:
- Educational background in Engineering or Software Development.
- Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Amazon SQS, Kafka) for high-throughput data streams.
- Web scraping expertise with tools like Puppeteer, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, Browserbase, Olostep, Scraper API, and Bright Data.
- Experience in data pipelines, embedding management, and tools like Supabase, pgvector, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and agentic AI.
- Experience in startups or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
