Shift Schedule: Shifting/Nightshift

Work Setup: Onsite

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Complete the assigned task with accuracy and efficiently
  2. Identify and highlight mismatches/discrepancies
  3. Timely action of the assigned task/prioritization of assigned tasks (e.g. RUSH or effective date order)
  4. Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop
  5. Develop keen understanding of carrier guidelines and SOPs
  6. Keep the queries at the minimum
  7. Foster and maintain a positive relationship with upstream and downstream teams
  8. Identify gaps and provide suggestions
  9. Conduct the given tasks efficiently
  10. Customer engagement.
  11. Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop

Skills and Competencies:

  • Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate (Non-technical)
  • Graduate of any 4 year course including Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Management, or Healthcare are preferred.
  • Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
  • Good academic record (50% or above).
  • Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
  • Open to rotational shifts.
  • Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
  • Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
  • The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and business administration (BSBA)
  • Insurance Certification is an advantage
  • 1-2 years experience in insurance domain/industry
