Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant Representative is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through online networking, referrals, and outreach.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate expert recommendations.
Present services effectively to prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
The target client and lists to call on will be provided.
Access to databases and other appropriate research sites will also be provided.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferred not required.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferably someone experienced in sales, call center, and business development.
Must be fluent in Spanish.
