JOB SUMMARY
The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for the company's accounting, budgeting, and management reporting processes.
This role will be supporting all finance and accounting matters, providing support on the strategic and annual planning processes, as well as other initiatives that align with the company’s overall strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that all accounting processes align with current financial legislation.
- Evaluates, develops, and improves department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyzes financial data and creates reports for management and stakeholders
- Develops financial and business model for the pitch deck
- Monitors cash settlement and related taxation matters and reports on irregularities.
- Provides support in developing and managing cost-center and P&L, analytics of capital and OPEX expenditure, and budget utilization
- Manages finance and accounting matters, prepares annual audited accounts
- Communicates with the consultants, auditors, tax authorities, and regulators as appropriate.
- Oversees payable and receivable transactions and ensures that payment/collection is done on time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- CPA
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience working in the HMO or startup industry is beneficial
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong at effectively handling multiple priorities under time and delivery pressures
- Good communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and resilient. Flexible in handling change and deadlines.
