Keep real-time records of interactions with customers and technicians

Customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM tools and practices
High-level of customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality and disposition
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
