We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Dispute & Digital Marketing Support Team to join our growing organization. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in credit dispute resolution, social media management, and email marketing, with expertise in digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing a range of administrative functions and handling day-to-day office tasks remotely. Key Responsibilities:
Credit Dispute Management:
Assist in managing and resolving credit disputes for clients by researching and analyzing credit reports, drafting dispute letters, and liaising with credit bureaus.
Maintain detailed records of disputes, including communications, outcomes, and progress tracking.
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on disputes while providing excellent customer service to clients.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth across platforms such as Facebook , Instagram, Twitter , and LinkedIn.
Create and schedule social media posts, monitor analytics, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Respond to comments and messages, maintaining a positive and professional online presence for the brand.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase sales, and improve customer retention.
Segment email lists, create engaging email copy, and use analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to continually improve email strategies.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating team communications, and handling document management.
Handle day-to-day office tasks remotely, including email management, data entry, and file organization.
Assist with project management, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met, and keeping the team organized.
Client & Team Communication:
Manage communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow and quick resolution of issues. Key Word : Reliable
Act as a point of contact for all disputes, marketing, and administrative inquiries.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Digital Marketing:
Strong background in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
Experience with popular marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
Familiarity with credit dispute management or a willingness to learn.
Administrative Expertise:
Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately in a remote environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and tea m me mbers professionally.
Comfortable using digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Attention to Detail:
High level of attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high productivity levels.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable working with cloud-based tools and platforms to manage projects and communications.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with credit repair services or credit dispute resolution.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, or Google Ads.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple social media platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social).
