Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, infographics) to attract and retain target audiences
  • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company competitive
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly
  • Track, report, and optimize performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in managing social media accounts, preferably within a staffing or recruitment company
  • Strong experience with paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Creative thinker with excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, and visual content)
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics
  • Results-driven, with a focus on lead generation and achieving measurable goals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
