Key Responsibilities:
I.Recruitment and Staffing
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Work with management to assess staffing needs and ensure optimal placement.
- Assist in hiring, promotions, and terminations in line with company policies.
II.Job Descriptions and Performance Management
- Maintain updated job descriptions and develop KPIs for various roles.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage attendance and leave requests.
III.Turnover and Retention
- Monitor turnover rates, propose retention strategies, and analyze exit feedback.
IV.Employee Relations and Engagement
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement initiatives to improve morale and team engagement.
V.Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
- Prepare and process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
VI.Training and Development
- Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and support leadership development.
VII.Policy and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Issue and enforce memos and handle disciplinary actions.
VIII.Employee Records and Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee files and prepare HR reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Mangement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a comprehensive HR role, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, specifically DOLE regulations, and best practices in HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior leadership.
