Key Responsibilities:

I.Recruitment and Staffing

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Work with management to assess staffing needs and ensure optimal placement.
  • Assist in hiring, promotions, and terminations in line with company policies.

II.Job Descriptions and Performance Management

  • Maintain updated job descriptions and develop KPIs for various roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage attendance and leave requests.

III.Turnover and Retention

  • Monitor turnover rates, propose retention strategies, and analyze exit feedback.

IV.Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement initiatives to improve morale and team engagement.

V.Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits

  • Prepare and process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

VI.Training and Development

  • Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and support leadership development.

VII.Policy and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Issue and enforce memos and handle disciplinary actions.

VIII.Employee Records and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee files and prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Mangement, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a comprehensive HR role, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
  3. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, specifically DOLE regulations, and best practices in HR.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suites.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with senior leadership.
