We are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join our team here at Vault Outsourcing. This role involves providing comprehensive support to brokers and clients through all stages of the loan application process—from initial documentation and data entry to post-settlement follow-ups.

Please note that this is an onsite position in Makati.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brokers with administration and client communication.
  • Manage CRM entries, document verification, and application lodgement.
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders for application processing.
  • Conduct financial assessments and scenario analysis (PAYG, self-employed, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance documentation and assist with audits.
  • Provide ongoing client updates and support post-settlement reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of Australian mortgage loan processing experience.
  • Must have at least 2 years of previous broking firm experience
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of credit and experience with Servicing Calculators (preferably Quickli)
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
