  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Finance Specialist (Approver), you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution and oversight of various financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple processes. Your responsibilities will span several key areas including settlement handling, transaction authorization, and funds management.

Duties:

1. Settlement Handling & Payout Processing (via regular bank transfers)

  • Authorizing of Payout and Settlement (via regular bank, Instapay and Pesonet)
  • Reconciliation of payout transactions processed via Instapay and FDS
  • Monitoring of RTD transactions

2. Authorizing Recurring and SWIFT Transactions

3. Funds Monitoring / Management

  • Process and monitor Merchant Prefunding/Top-up
  • Make Dragonpay Internal Pesonet transfers

4. File Management / SOP / Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain and update documents (GSheets, etc) related to payout processing
  • Report / communicate to the immediate superior any significant items/issues

5. Compliance

  • Non-disclosure of all data, documents, information
  • Compliance with the company’s policies and procedure

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in Finance/ FinTech.
  • Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with merchants and team members.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

Others:

  • Willing to undergo ten days of training (company will provide allowance).
  • Willing to work onsite in the Marikina office from Monday to Saturday.
