As a member of the Customer Success team supporting customers across the United States, this position will assist with identifying business, technical, and analytical requirements on various projects. You will perform project-related tasks, including documenting customer requirements, maintaining project documentation, and installing and configuring the ScerIS ETCETERA software application and Microsoft software. You will interact with customers on a regular basis with limited supervision, solve most customer issues without additional assistance, and provide training and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the identification and documentation of business and technical needs and objectives
- Install and configure ScerIS ETCETERA software
- Create user documentation, instructions, and procedures
- Assist with training on the administration and use of the solution
- Participate in the technical support queue to resolve customer issues and answer their questions
- Participate in customer project calls and act as a subject matter expert on ScerIS solutions
- Assist with the design of new ScerIS solutions of medium complexity
- Assist Sales with designing demos and act as a subject matter expert on sales calls
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Microsoft Server OS Installation, permissions, security policies, domains, IIS, COM, Windows Services, Troubleshooting with the event viewer, ODBC
- Microsoft SQL Server Installation, security, database maintenance, configuration manager, licensing, SSIS, SSRS
