Job Highlights:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Lead to spearhead our technical recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring that we attract high-quality candidates for technical roles.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to attract technical and non-technical talent.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and engage potential candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening processes, including interviews and assessments, to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.

Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions. Will also help the VP of Establishment to implement the KPI’s and SLA’s whenever needed.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies. Must craft and do competitor research whenever necessary.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and organizational policies, and the hiring process is strictly followed.

Agility: Must be able to work with agility without sacrificing candidate quality.



Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR role, with a proven track record of successful placements.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various technical roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists) and understanding of relevant skills required for these positions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.


Preferred Skills:

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS software.
Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is an advantage (e.g., CHRP).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
