The Sales Manager will oversee our sales operations, manage a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a leader who can inspire their team, enhance processes, and drive long-term success through effective client engagement and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
-Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
-Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.
-Track and report on sales metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
-Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to align sales activities.
-Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings to provide feedback, training, and career growth opportunities.
-Manage and utilize CRM systems to maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and track team performance.
Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
-Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
-Proficient with CRM software and sales tools (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
-Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on team development and performance.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
-Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
-Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
