CALL CENTER AGENT (ON-SITE BATANGAS CITY)

Starting salary package for Probationary: PHP 13,500 - 14,500 per month

Starting salary for Freelance Setup: Up to PHP 17,600 per month

Job Description

  • Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.
  • Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet service level agreements set forth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing Speed: at least 40WPM.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
  • Intelligent.
