Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Operations, Recruiting, and Marketing
- Lead AI training programs and technology integration initiatives to optimize workflows and automate processes
- Develop sophisticated dashboards using Project Management tools to provide data-driven insights across departments, working closely with our Operations team
- Collaborate with Recruiting to source and secure key talent, supporting strategic hiring needs for the firm
- Proactively identify challenges, communicate effectively, and drive projects to timely completion
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of project management or related experience experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects
- Advanced technical skills and experience with AI technologies
- Strong communication, leadership, problem solving, and influencing skills
- A results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, proactive environment
- Proficiency in Project Management and workflow management software tools
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation using more common project workflow management tools
