Qualifications:
> At least 6 months in a BPO Company
> At least 6 months Case Manager experience
> Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal Skills
> Detail oriented and highly organized
> Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
> Proficient in Cloud-based applications, MS Office, Adobe, etc.
> Has the ability to prepare reports and submit them on a given schedule
Job Responsibilities:
> Responsible for all the Subacute HMO (Health Maintenance) authorizations for residents of a Skilled Nursing Facility who are enrolled in a Managed Medicaid/Medicare Plan / Commercial Plan.
> Sends regular clinical updates for all payers and maintains legible documentation.
> Coordinate with Facilities to obtain necessary documentations.> Strong clerical/administrative skills including personal computer skills (Cloud-based applications, MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and sustain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders - clinical and professional colleagues.
