Marketing Manager
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to lead our marketing efforts across the Philippines region. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans tailored to the Philippine market, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing.
- Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company's brand presence across digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity while effectively communicating brand values and positioning.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, drive traffic to online platforms, and generate leads and conversions, leveraging various digital channels and tactics.
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and graphics, to engage target audiences and drive brand affinity.
- Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and develop strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and community interaction.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) across digital channels, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) to execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business results.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the Philippine market, conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for digital marketing.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster their growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on regional or national campaigns and strategy development.
- Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing initiatives, with a deep understanding of digital channels, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Experience in the FMCG industry or consumer goods sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Filipino languages.
