**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Timekeeping and Attendance Tracking**: Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of employee attendance. Verify time entries, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- **Onboarding**: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Prepare orientation schedules, assist with necessary documentation, and introduce new hires to their teams
- **Database Maintenance**: Keep employee records up-to-date in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- **Policy Development**: Research, draft, and revise company policies in alignment with legal requirements and business goals.

**Requirements:**

- **Excellent Work Ethic:** Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances effectively.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage various HR tasks such as timekeeping, attendance, employee records, and policy administration.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in **HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)** and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- **Compliance**: Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and health & safety regulations.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and act as a mediator between management and employees.
