Salary: $750/month + Performance Bonuses

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing and Design Operations Specialist to manage client marketing operations, develop high-quality content, and deliver exceptional output. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media and general marketing, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients effectively. This role focuses heavily on output—producing content calendars, completing marketing reviews, and delivering creative assets promptly.

Key Responsibilities and Output Expectations:
Client Management & Marketing Execution

Output Expectation: Manage marketing strategies for 10-20 clients simultaneously, ensuring each has a clear and actionable plan.
Develop and maintain marketing funnels, optimize workflows, and execute on campaign strategies in GHL (Go High Level).
Content Calendar Creation & Social Media Management

Output Expectation: Deliver 2-3 complete 30-day content calendars daily, including:
4 Reels per week.
3 static posts/carousels per week.
Create visually engaging, branded graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Marketing Funnel Audits & Optimization

Output Expectation: Conduct detailed audits of client marketing funnels weekly to ensure functionality and automation.
Troubleshoot funnel issues and report on fixes with actionable insights.
Task Monitoring and Accountability

Output Expectation: Keep all tasks up to date in Slack and ClickUp, ensuring 100?knowledgment of task assignments within 48 hours.
Follow up daily to resolve any outstanding or overdue tasks.
Daily and Weekly Reporting

Output Expectation: Deliver a daily end-of-day report summarizing progress on client tasks, content calendars, and funnel reviews.
Highlight any delays, blockers, or client concerns for immediate resolution.
Graphic Design & Brand Alignment

Output Expectation: Design 10+ high-quality social media graphics per week, ensuring all materials align with client branding and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Experience:

2+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or general marketing.
Proven ability to manage 10-20 clients and deliver quality content consistently.
Experience using task management tools like ClickUp and communication tools like Slack.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel development and social media best practices.
Technical Skills:

Proficient in GHL (Go High Level) for funnels, automations, and email marketing.
Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Other Requirements:

Strong English proficiency (written and verbal).
Availability to work during Central US Time Zone.
Highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
