Qualifications:

  • BSc Degree in Business Administration or in any Business-related field
  • Proven experience in business development, partner relations or similar role
  • Experience in any Financial Organization is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Sets in close cooperation with the Country Business Development Officer the targets & KPIs of the department in line with the Corporate Targets
  • Develops and plans specific actions on how to achieve the targets and KPIs decided on
  • Supports the implementation of the market penetration and expansion strategy
  • Has an excellent knowledge of the Company’s products, services and promotion actions, and how these compare to competitors’ offerings. Effectively promotes them and provides insights and recommendations to guide business development strategies
  • Develops and implements strategies to nurture and enhance relationships with existing Partners
  • Identifies, evaluates and suggests new business development opportunities and actions in existing and potential countries of operation
  • Identifies Business Associates and Partners and establishes and maintains excellent relationship with them. Continuously monitors, coaches and trains them to represent and promote the Company in the best possible way
  • Actively participates in the organisation and delivery of seminars, gala events, tours and other promotional, networking and business development activities that take place in each country of operation
  • Addresses Partner enquiries, business associates and cooperates with the relevant departments for immediate handling
  • Prepares and delivers compelling presentations and proposals to prospective Partners
  • Collaborates with internal teams to support partnership initiatives and deliver exceptional partner experiences
  • Monitors Partner performance and engagement and addresses any issues or concerns to the Country Business Development Officer
  • Prepares relevant analysis and reports
  • Always acts in the best interest of the Company and cooperates with members of the regional teams to deliver a high quality of service
  • Sets personal targets for team members and monitors performance
  • Provides regular feedback to team members and works with them on how to act upon it
  • Recognizes development needs, coaches, and develops team members as necessary
  • Encourages team members to express ideas on improving individual and team performance
  • Shares knowledge and experience with team members and encourages them to do the same
  • Makes conscious efforts to keep team members motivated
  • Offers services related to the above tasks and projects to any of the Companies of the Group as instructed by the Line Manager
