**About Us:**
We are looking for an experienced **Shopify Web Developer & Designer** to join our e-commerce team and elevate our Shopify stores to the highest level. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing visually engaging, user-friendly web pages on our Shopify sites. Your role will cover both technical development and creative design, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience and boosting conversion rates.

**Position Overview:**
As a Shopify Web Developer & Designer, you will work on building, customizing, and optimizing our Shopify store(s). With your background in theme design and development, you’ll create customer-centric designs aligned with our brand identity. You’ll also analyze and improve existing stores to ensure a superior user experience and increased sales conversions.

### Responsibilities:
1. **Website Development & Design**
- Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Design visually appealing, brand-consistent pages that are user-friendly.
- Implement mobile and cross-browser optimizations to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.

2. **Redesign & Optimization**
- Analyze and improve existing websites for enhanced conversion rates and improved user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and user research to make continuous improvements.
- Optimize site speed, performance, and functionality.

3. **Integration & Automation**
- Integrate Shopify with third-party apps and tools, such as email marketing, analytics, and customer support tools.
- Customize and extend functionality through Liquid coding and app integrations.
- Automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

4. **Product Management & Optimization**
- Manage product pages, including uploading new products and maintaining inventory.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion improvements.
- Support checkout and payment setup to maximize conversions.

5. **Collaboration & Project Management**
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to stay updated on product launches and brand strategies.
- Plan and manage projects, adhere to deadlines, and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Document changes and updates for future reference and ongoing support.

### Requirements:
- **Technical Skills**: Extensive experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid for Shopify development.
- **Shopify Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in Shopify theme development and customization.
- **Design Skills**: Strong UX/UI design sense with experience in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- **Problem-Solving**: Skilled in identifying and solving technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
- **Analytical Skills**: Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to analyze customer behavior and drive optimization.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **English Proficiency**: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Must be comfortable with weekly Zoom calls for team updates and project check-ins.
