Spark Ignite Agency is now hiring an expert Paid Ads Marketing Strategist and growth specialist to lead in the success and growth of our clients' Meta Ads.

As a PPC Marketing Strategist, you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients' ad accounts, and collaborate on video creative CRO, offers, and funnel testing.

Marketing Strategists are growth partners–someone who can make decisions inside and out of the platform to improve in-platform results that gets clients real ROI, not just leads. It's a true marketer who can recognize patterns, identify trends, and urgently move toward unstoppable growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your main responsibility will be to leverage Facebook & Instagram Ads and digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and leads for our clients (martial arts school owners).

- Deep dive into all aspects of client campaigns to make informed decisions.

- Use creative strategies to improve performance (CRO, offers, campaign email /sms follow-up, funnel suggestions, and creative strategy)

- Effectively report and communicate past and future plans/strategies to clients (always have a solution, always have a plan)

- Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their desired goals via live zoom calls and chat.

- Regularly test and identify best ads practices and platform trends
Stay up-to-date on the latest Advertising news, tools, and changes to the platform

- Available and active in daily communication with tea m me mbers and clients


REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 years of experience managing PPC Ads accounts

- At least 2 years in direct-to-consumer lead generation marketing (all campaign types)

- A working understanding of conversion setup, attribution, and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and Conversion APIs)

- Strong writing skills and an understanding of basic copywriting principles.

- Software skills including Google Sheets, Excel

- Working knowledge of Facebook / Instagram Ads

- Able to work US Hours 2pm to approx 10pm EST

- Previous experience managing a team.

- Able to write ads and make creatives.
