We seek a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development team in identifying high-quality leads to drive growth and help us reach new clients.

Position Overview

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to increase our pipeline of clients and opportunities. This role involves researching markets, utilizing lead generation tools, and conducting outreach to capture and nurture leads. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and has a keen eye for identifying potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Identification: Conduct research on potential clients across various industries to develop lead lists. Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other software to identify and gather details on prospective leads.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Execute lead generation campaigns through email, social media, and other communication channels. Personalize outreach efforts to build meaningful relationships with potential clients.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate the relevance and quality of leads based on predefined criteria and ensure they meet the company’s target market and goals.
  • Database Management: Maintain, update, and manage lead data in the CRM system. Ensure lead information is accurate, organized, and properly segmented for follow-up.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide qualified leads and insights on potential clients. Share information on lead activity and assist in setting up calls or meetings when needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness. Provide insights and recommend improvements to the lead generation process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation software.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an understanding of data management.
  • Preferred but not required: experience in industry-specific lead generation, e.g., education staffing.
