In this role, you’ll be exposed to all three companies, making a significant impact across diverse industries—all while working from home.
Role Overview:
This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to increase hours based on workload demands. As a key contributor, you will define and design the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, high performance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture: Define and design the technical architecture for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and users to understand business needs, translate them into functional and technical requirements, and determine the best implementation strategy.
System Integration: Design integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems, such as marketing automation platforms.
Data Modeling and Management: Develop data models that support business processes, define data structures, and ensure efficient data flow across the organization.
Custom Development: Oversee custom development efforts, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies, as well as any integrations or custom solutions.
Governance and Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices, ensuring a high-quality, maintainable codebase.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, including user permissions, data privacy, and data security.
Optimization and Scalability: Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for better performance and scalability, addressing issues such as data volume and transaction handling.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentor junior tea m me mbers, and guide the team on complex Salesforce topics.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and best practices.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues within Salesforce, including debugging code, analyzing logs, and performing root cause analysis.
Staying Current with Salesforce Innovations: Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform enhancements, releases, and new features to leverage them in solution designs and recommend to the business when beneficial.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, challenges, and technical solutions.
Project Planning and Delivery: Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and architecture.
Certification: Salesforce certification is required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or similar).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
Integration Knowledge: Experience designing and implementing system integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Data Management: Strong experience in data modeling, data migration, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on complex Salesforce topics.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Up-to-Date Knowledge: Awareness of Salesforce’s latest features, releases, and platform advancements.
Nice to Have:
At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong understanding of remote work dynamics and the ability to seamlessly integrate into digital workflows, functioning effectively in a plug-and-play manner.
Experience in a Salesforce Technical Architect role, ideally within the virtual staffing or legal sectors.
