Personal requirements:
• At least 4+ years of experience;
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Clear and Regular Communication;
• Proactive Problem Solving:
• Reliable Internet Connection and Work Setup
• Previous Experience in Remote or Freelance Work;
• Ability to work in EET; UTC+02:00 time zone;
• Ability to work with manager and individuallyl;
• Huuuuge motivation to be the best!

Tech requirements:
• Strong experience building custom WordPress and Woocommerce themes from scratch.
• Familiarity with the Gutenberg editor, WP REST API, and plugin development.
• Experience in creating and managing custom post types, taxonomies, and fields.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-friendly design;
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and the WordPress core architecture
• Familiarity with common development tools such as Git, Composer, and npm
• Familiarity with CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) and tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Google search Console;
• Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into custom, responsive WordPress themes. (Pixel-perfect implementation).
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, code and adhere to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing WordPress websites.
• Integrate third-party plugins and tools to enhance website functionality.
• Implement on-site SEO best practices and optimize page speed.

Selected candidates will be required to complete a test task as part of the evaluation process to demonstrate their skills and suitability for the role.
