Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

Client Success:

1. Client Success & Support: Be the primary contact for our launched clients, making sure they’re in the loop and their projects are on track.
2. Client Updates and Reporting: Send detailed, fortnightly reports with performance metrics, optimization plans, and results.
3. Timely Review and Approvals: Review reports with clients, walk them through recommendations, address any questions or concerns, and get their approval on action items to ensure progress continues smoothly.

Coordination & Management:

1. Creative Collaboration: Work alongside our creative team and media buyer to strategize and execute plans for client projects.
2. Teamwork with Marketing: Work with our marketing crew to create, refine, and implement personalized strategies that drive client success.
3. Tea m Me etings & Follow-ups: Take part in marketing meetings, manage notes and follow-ups, and ensure all action items are assigned and done on time.
4. Rev Share Guru: Create invoices and communicate with clients to secure revenue share collection within timelines. (It’s a vital part of keeping the gears turning!)

Project Management:

1. ClickUp Updates: Add tasks on CU, and keep project details current, so everyone knows what’s done and what’s up next.
2. Timeline Master: Work with the team to prioritize tasks and keep deliverables on schedule.
3. Team Supervision: Ensure tasks are assigned, projects flow smoothly, and deadlines are met.

Who You Are:

- A background in marketing with a solid understanding of media buying.
- Proven client success or account management experience—you know how to keep clients happy and projects moving forward.
- You have experience working in or with a marketing and advertising agency.
- Bonus points if you have experience working with coaches.
- You’re highly organized, proactive, and bring a blend of professionalism and friendliness to your client interactions.

The Details:

Hours: Flexible with weekends off.
Salary: DOE (Depends on Experience).
