? Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and
accounts receivable.
? Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.
? Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
? Track and categorize expenses and revenues.
? Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and
balance sheets.
? Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
? Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

Qualifications:
? Work experience 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting
? A deep understanding of Excel and QuickBooks Online
? Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
