We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Specialist with expertise in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro (or similar video editing tools) to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Plan monthly social media calendars and campaigns to ensure a cohesive, consistent brand presence.
Manage day-to-day operations across all social platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and conversations while maintaining the brand's voice and tone.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, ROI) and provide detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Design captivating graphics, banners, and ads optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook .
Produce high-quality images and videos specifically tailored to beverage-related content.
Conceptualize and create innovative designs aligned with social media marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns and enhance the brand's digital presence.
Plan and manage paid social campaigns to maximize performance and align with marketing goals.
Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates to keep the brand competitive.
Work cross-functionally to align social efforts with broader marketing and business initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of proven social media management experience with live accounts that demonstrate your expertise.
Proficiency in Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or other social media management tools.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign strategies.
Exceptional design skills and 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on social and digital content.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with influencer marketing or community management.
Background in managing beverage-related social media accounts.
Familiarity with additional design or social media management software.
Understanding of best practices for digital advertising and growing online communities.
