Job Responsibilities:

Store Expansion:

  • Responsible for the expansion of direct stores in the Philippines, including but not limited to site selection, site assessment, negotiations with venue owners, follow-up on renovations, and handling of documentation.

Daily Operations Management:

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability for the direct stores in the Philippines.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor sales data, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to enhance performance.
  • Manage cash flow to ensure the rational use and efficient turnover of funds.
  • Manage inventory to ensure reasonable stock levels in the stores.
  • Manage the store staff team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities.

Team Building and Leadership:

  • Responsible for building and leading the local direct store team in the Philippines to ensure smooth business operations and efficient team functioning.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated execution and development capabilities in market/store development, excellent negotiation and coordination skills, with experience in store expansion being a plus.
  • Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail operations management, familiar with the management model of direct stores, and proficient in multi-dimensional aspects of store operations such as people, goods, and marketing systems, preferably in the e-cigarette or FMCG industry.
  • Experience working in a Chinese company and认同 with Chinese corporate culture is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while also possessing a team spirit, good organizational coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A deep understanding of the retail industry and familiarity with local laws and regulations in the Philippines.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree.
