Job Summary

  • The Legal Officer shall carry out the duties of a Corporate Secretary, provide legal advice and other duties as assigned by the Legal Division Head of RCBC Leasing.

How will you contribute?

  • Send out notices and/or reminders for the upcoming meetings;
  • Draft the agenda needed for the meeting;
  • Closely coordinate with different departments for the submission of the agenda and materials that will be needed for the meeting;
  • Route the agenda, materials, and other relevant documents to different departments, board members;
  • Attend the meetings and draft the minutes of the same;
  • Draft Secretary's Certificate, certifications, etc.
  • File the GIS, By-Laws, and other required documents, as needed, with SEC e-fast, and BSP;
  • Ensure complete organization of secretarial documents (collation and uploading on Drive)
  • Legal advisory;
  • Contract review and contract drafting

What will make you successful?

  • Member of the Philippine Bar
  • At least 1 year experience as a lawyer (in-house/Law firm)
  • Knowledge in banking industry and corporate secretary duties are a plus
